Terms of Service

Staffd assists with moderating and running your Discord server. It reads server activity, proposes moderation judgments, and surfaces them to your team. The service is offered on a subscription basis, per server.

You agree to use Staffd lawfully and in line with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You may not use the service to harass, deceive, or harm others, to evade enforcement, or to interfere with the integrity of the service. You are responsible for how your team configures and acts on Staffd within your server.

Staffd operates as an observer. It flags and proposes; it does not act on its own. Moderation actions such as warnings, deletions, timeouts, or removals are taken only when a human on your team confirms them. You remain responsible for all moderation decisions made in your server.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. AI judgments are probabilistic and may be incomplete or incorrect; they are suggestions for your team to review, not guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for losses arising from use of the service.

Paid plans are billed per server through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel a server's subscription at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.

You may stop using Staffd at any time by removing it from your server and cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service and its users. On termination, data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including the post-uninstall grace period.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Game and platform names and logos referenced on this site (including GTA RP, FiveM, Rust, ARK, and Minecraft) are trademarks of their respective owners. They appear here only to describe the kinds of communities Staffd is built for. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners. Staffd is an independent product and is not partnered with Discord Inc. or any game publisher. We will remove any mark promptly on request from its owner.
