Pricing questions
How does per-server billing work?
You pay one flat price per Discord server your employee works in. Run two communities? That's two subscriptions, each with its own memory, rules, and allowance.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 14 days, full-featured, no card required. Hire your employee, let it learn your server, and watch it work. At the end of the trial we tell you which plan fits your server, based on its real activity.
How do you know which plan I need?
We measure it. Staffd reads your server's actual activity during the trial, so your plan matches reality instead of a guess. After that your price is flat, with no usage meter to watch. If your server grows past its plan, we tell you and give you time to upgrade; nothing changes silently.
What counts toward the allowance?
The work your employee actually does: messages it judges, members it answers when summoned, and onboarding conversations. Every plan includes a generous allowance; only sustained high volume moves you up a plan. Allowances are monthly, so a busy weekend or event spike never counts against you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime, no contracts. Your employee keeps working through the period you've paid for, then steps down. Your server's history stays yours.
