If something does not look right, start here before reaching out.

Not seeing flags? Confirm onboarding completed and that the employee has been pointed at the channels you expect it to watch.

Flags feel too strict or too quiet? Review your rules. The employee moderates to what you have told it, so tightening or relaxing a rule changes its behavior.
