Your data and privacy
Staffd keeps what it needs to moderate your server, not a copy of your conversations. You can delete it all from the dashboard at any time.
What it keeps
- Your server's settings and rules.
- Records of flagged messages and moderation actions.
- Your plan and subscription status.
What it doesn't
- A copy of your server's conversations.
- Profiles of your members.
- Your data for AI training. It's never used for that.
Deleting your data
The server owner can permanently delete a server's data, or their whole account, from the dashboard. If a paid subscription is active, cancel it first. Removing Staffd from Discord doesn't delete its data, and deleting data doesn't remove Staffd from Discord.
Members can request deletion by emailing support@staffd.gg. More in the privacy policy.
